Quantum Roulette: features, versions and table rules

Quantum Roulette is Playtech’s live single-zero roulette variant with randomly selected straight-up multipliers and a possible Quantum Boost event. The name does not change the basic uncertainty of the wheel or provide a way to predict its next result. This guide separates the feature display from the bet that can actually qualify for an enhanced payout.

What Playtech established about the product

Playtech’s product launch announcement describes multipliers on up to five straight-up positions, initially ranging from 50x to 500x, and a random Quantum Boost event that can increase some or all selected multipliers. The announcement establishes the product mechanics described at launch. It is not evidence that a particular UK casino carries the table today or that every later version has identical limits and payouts.

Stage What it tells you What it does not prove
Place bets Which positions and amounts the table accepted. That a future result is more likely because of prior spins.
Multiplier selection Which straight-up positions have an enhanced possible payout. That the ball will land on one of those positions.
Quantum Boost Some selected multipliers may increase. That every player or every bet type receives the boost.
Wheel result The winning pocket and final settlement. That an earlier animation was cash already credited.

Straight-up and outside bets are different

A straight-up wager backs one exact number. A red/black, dozen or split wager can cover that number but has a different paytable and should not be assigned the straight-up multiplier merely because its range contains the winning pocket. Check the current table help file for the exact eligible wager and ordinary payout. Playtech’s announcement does not supply a complete current operator-specific paytable, so we do not invent one here.

For example, £1 on one exact number plus £1 on red is a £2 round commitment. If the number is boosted and wins, the straight-up chip is the one to inspect for multiplier eligibility; the red chip follows its own rules. If the number loses, its boost was only a possibility shown before the ball settled. This example is about reading a transaction, not a suggested staking system.

Do not merge versions or suppliers

Quantum Roulette belongs to Playtech. Mega Roulette is Pragmatic Play’s separate game, and Lightning Roulette is Evolution’s. The studios may display similar-looking numbers and multipliers, but selection stages, ordinary payouts and optional features can differ. Record the supplier and full title before comparing them.

Playtech’s 2019 announcement is historical. A later casino help page may describe a different configuration or additional event. Where sources conflict, rely on the help file of the exact table served to your account and note the date, not a headline maximum copied from an old review.

Costs, interruptions and offers

Add every chip on the layout to find the total at risk. A win on one number may be accompanied by losses on other selected numbers. Compare the total returned with the total committed, not simply the highest multiplier that appeared on screen. Recent winning numbers do not make another pocket due, and raising stakes after losses can accelerate harm.

If the stream drops after betting closes, check account bet history and the table’s interruption rule before placing another wager. For a casino offer, check whether this precise live title is eligible and how its play contributes; a slots free-spins reward is not automatically valid on live roulette. The supplier’s page does not establish current operator availability or promotion terms.
